Would recommend for a city break

Clean lobby, friendly staff, and efficient services made my stay enjoyable, especially the complimentary breakfast that fueled me for a day of exploring the area and the convenient on-site bar for evening relaxation.

Couple looking for a decent stay

I really enjoyed the nice and modern bathroom, felt almost luxurious for a hotel. Plus, gotta give props for the food in the hotel, that mac'n'cheese was bomb!

my stay at sonesta was a pleasant surprise compared to my previous visit in charlotte. the room was spacious and clean, which exceeded my expectations. the location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The gym was great, offering excellent equipment, and I enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and bar area. However, the room was a disappointment. it had a musky odor and outdated carpets. On top of that, both pools were unavailable during my stay, which was frustrating as it wasn't clearly communicated before arrival.

Polite staff and nice lounge, but luggage storage was inconvenient during busy hours.
